Community of Transformational Practice (CoTP)

The Community of Transformational Practice (CoTP) offers strategic support for planning and implementing the California Community Schools Partnership Program (CCSPP). This in-person workshop is designed for grantees, non-grantees, administrators, coordinators, and community partners who are committed to advancing community school strategies. Participants will engage in collaborative learning, networking, and practical planning activities focused on the development, implementation, and sustainability of key community school features aligned with the California Community Schools Framework and whole-child outcomes.

To support role-specific learning and application, participants may choose between two concurrent sessions:

• Administrator Track, focused on leadership, systems alignment, sustainability, and strategic implementation
• Coordinator Track, focused on site-level implementation, partnership development, engagement strategies, and day-to-day community school practices.

Join us for our first in-person CoTP! This special session will take place during the EMPOWER Summit at the DoubleTree by Hilton Ontario, providing an opportunity to connect, collaborate, and begin our learning together face-to-face.
