What is the Southern Inland Regional Technical Assistance Center?

The Southern Inland Regional Technical Assistance Center (SI-RTAC) is committed to enhancing student supports,  academics, health, and social-emotional learning for students in Inyo, Mono, Riverside, and San Bernardino counties through intentional partnerships with counties, school districts, schools and community-based organizations.

Through collaboration, capacity building, and shared learning, SI-RTAC helps school communities develop strategies that respond to local strengths and needs while supporting the successful implementation of the California Community Schools Partnership Program.SI-RTAC also connects schools and districts with tools, learning opportunities, and technical assistance to strengthen their Community Schools work. Our goal is to help build sustainable systems of support that promote student success and stronger school communities.

What is a Community School?

The California Community Schools Partnership Program (CCSPP) is a public school that brings together students, families, educators, and community partners to support the whole child. Community Schools combine academics with integrated supports, family and community engagement, collaborative leadership, and expanded learning opportunities to help students thrive in school and beyond.
