This workshop supports CA Community Schools Partnership Program (CCSPP) grantees in completing the Annual Progress Report (APR) by providing step-by-step guidance on key components, data collection, and reflection. Participants will explore how to align their reporting with the four pillars of Community Schools, highlight implementation progress, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. The session will also include practical examples and tools to help teams effectively capture successes, challenges, and next steps that inform future planning and sustainability.
